The story is simple. The person behind Kreatos has spent over two decades in lubricants, formulating and supplying for the kind of customers who buy by the drum and write specifications by the page. Trucks, industrial machinery, food processing, electronics manufacturing. Real engineering, with the technical depth that comes from years of doing it properly.
But somewhere along the way, the maker world quietly became its own industry. Desktop 3D printers showed up in workshops. Hobby robotics turned into serious automation. Home labs got better than some commercial ones. RC vehicles got more precise, drones got more capable, and the people building them needed lubricants that the industrial market was not really making.
Most of them ended up using whatever was cheapest on Amazon, or whatever the manufacturer recommended (often a generic mineral grease that was never designed for the application), or doing the research themselves and ordering aerospace-grade products by the gram from suppliers who did not really want to deal with them.
Kreatos exists for the people in that gap.

Every Kreatos product is formulated for a specific job. We do not sell one grease and tell you it works for everything. If we recommend something, it is because it is right for the application, not because it is the only one we have.
NLGI grades, temperature ranges, additive systems. The data is there if you want to read it. We are happy to send the TDS if you ask. We do not hide behind brand names or vague claims.
Plain language where we can. Proper technical data where it matters. You should not need a chemistry degree to pick the right product, but you should be able to verify the formulation if you want to.
Kreatos is established in the United Kingdom and operated by IGNIS OVERSEAS LTD. Some raw materials are imported from global specialty suppliers. The brand, the formulation work, and the customer support are all UK-based.
