There are no contact forms, no analytics tracking, no cookies that identify you and no newsletter signup. If you only read the content, no personal information is recorded. If you use the AI chat assistant, a record of the chat is kept for 90 days, as explained below.
The Kreatos website serves static pages (HTML, CSS, images) and runs an optional AI chat widget. That is the entire technical scope.
If you choose to email hello@kreatos.co.uk or partnerships@kreatos.co.uk, your email address and the content of your message will be received by us. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your details with third parties, or use your email for any purpose other than the conversation you started.
This website links out to LubricantsHub (lubricantshub.com) for product purchases. When you follow a link to LubricantsHub, you leave the Kreatos website and become a visitor of LubricantsHub. Their privacy policy applies to that visit.
Our website assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about our products. When you send a message, your message and the earlier messages in that chat are sent, together with text from this website's pages, to Anthropic (the Claude API), which writes the reply. Anthropic acts as our processor under its data processing terms. It deletes these messages within 30 days, unless it needs to keep them longer to enforce its usage policy or to meet a legal obligation.
We keep a record of each chat so we can check that the assistant gives accurate and safe information. The record holds the time, the page, your message, the reply and a visitor code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to your IP address. We do not record your IP address. Email addresses and phone or card numbers are masked automatically before the record is saved. Records are deleted automatically after 90 days, and only authorised IGNIS personnel can see them.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interests: answering your question, and making sure what the assistant tells customers is correct and safe. You can object at any time by emailing hello@kreatos.co.uk. Please do not enter personal, order, payment or health details in the chat — for anything about an order, email us instead. The assistant can make mistakes: always follow the product label and safety data sheet.
This website does not set cookies.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and in some cases to move it. Email hello@kreatos.co.uk; we reply within one month. We can only find a chat record if you tell us the date, time and page of the chat. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), but please contact us first so we can try to help.
