Kreatos EMG 20
A specialist low-noise bearing grease for electric motors and robotics. Built for the ball and roller bearings in actuator motors, fan motors, pump motors and precision robotic assemblies, where quiet running and long bearing life matter most. This is a bearing grease, not a gearbox or plastic-gear grease.
What it is
EMG 20 is a polyurea NLGI 2 grease built on the performance concept of a low-noise electric motor bearing grease (Mobil Polyrex EM-type technology). Its job is bearing lubrication: low oil separation keeps the grease stable in the bearing, the polyurea structure gives long high-temperature life, and the formulation is tuned for quiet ball and roller bearing operation with controlled torque. Use it where the manufacturer specifies an electric motor bearing grease or a low-noise polyurea NLGI 2 grease.

Not the right grease for
EMG 20 is a bearing grease only. For other robot jobs, reach for the right product instead: robot or actuator gearboxes need a semi-fluid gearbox grease; plastic servo gears need a plastic-safe silencing grease; electrical contacts need ECG 37 (protection) or CCG 4 / SCG 47 (conductive); damping joints need a damping grease. Do not use EMG 20 on belts, print beds, exposed dusty rails, thermal interfaces, or rubber seals unless compatibility is confirmed.
Notes: Use only where a grease of this type is specified. Do not over-fill bearings; over-greasing increases heat and drag. Clean old grease before relubrication and do not mix greases unless compatibility is confirmed. Test compatibility with plastics, elastomers and seals before use. Follow the equipment manufacturer's relubrication intervals and fill quantities. Not for electrical contacts or conductive interfaces.
