Gear Silencing Grease
A precision grease for gear noise reduction. Softer than typical gear greases, formulated specifically to dampen the high-frequency noise that small gear trains produce when they are running on the wrong lubricant or running dry.
What it is
LSG 0 exists because gear noise is a real problem in compact 3D printer mechanisms. Extruders that whine. Stepper-driven gear trains that buzz. The fix is usually a grease that fills the gear mesh more completely and dampens vibration before it becomes audible. LSG 0 is built for that. NLGI 0 gives it the right consistency to fully coat the teeth without bogging down the motor.
