Plastic Gear Grease
A white, low-noise grease for plastic gears, micro motors, and small precision mechanisms. NLGI 2 consistency, lithium-based, formulated for the kind of compact gear systems where sound and friction matter more than load capacity.
What it is
PGG 20 is built for plastic gear systems specifically. Where SGG 20 is for mixed-material gearboxes, PGG 20 is for mechanisms that are mostly or entirely plastic on plastic, or plastic on light metal. Office equipment, micro motors, small toys, hobby mechanisms, precision instruments. The priority here is noise reduction, smooth movement, and not attacking the plastic.
