What it is

Thermal Grease 5.0 is the mid-tier in the Kreatos thermal range. The nano-carbon-enhanced silicone formulation gives you a meaningful step up in conductivity over standard thermal compounds while staying non-conductive and easy to work with. The creamy, slightly thicker consistency makes it forgiving to apply and stable under load.
